Horticulture
Our landscaping department maintains our gardens and a nursery of trees and ornamental plants that yield the following results:

Water
All waster water generated by our operations are treated and re-used in-house following the steps below”
- Wastewater is filtered through a sceptic tank.
- Filtered water then passes through a reed bed for organic filtration.
- Double-filtered water is sent to storage tank.
- This water is used to water our grounds.
Amenities
We strive to provide waste-free amenities to our guests in the following ways:
- The refillable dispenser in all bathrooms eliminates a single dose of soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.
- Hand soap wrappers are 100% biodegradable.
- Used hand soaps are professionally re-processed into soap for staff use.
- We provide sanitary reusable slippers instead of single-use hotel slippers.
- Only amenities such as cotton buds, shower caps, and dental hygiene kits remain single-use.
Organic Waste
All organic food waste is collected to be used as compost or sent to a partner pork farm to be repurposed as feed.
All organic waste from landscaping is tuned into compost.
