Through our food we seek to serve the best of local cuisine, using locally-sourced ingredients and authentic cooking techniques.
Aaraama Restaurant
Our main restaurant, Aaraama, showcases Cambodia’s culinary history with an assemblage of recipes ranging from Angkorian to modern days. Dishes are served in tapas-style portions for diners to explore and share. The spacious al fresco venue, surrounded by lush greenery and waterside setting, pervades a timeless charm.

I was here for dinner and i loved it. prices are upper level, we were the 4 of us and we payed 18 usd each for Khmer food. but the food was amazing and the whole surroundings are beautiful! try the squid, that was our highlight!

Dining was divine with beautiful water and landscaped surroundings, and very attentive staff. Will stay here again when we make it back to Siem Reap.
