Hotel Policies

Reservation Policy:

To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card must be provided at time of booking and full payment for your stay will be processed less than 3 days before check-in.

Angkor Village reserves the right to cancel any reservations with an invalid credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 3 days before arrival.

Kids and Extra Beds Policy:

Children of all ages are welcome at Angkor Village.

• Kids from 0-3 years old can stay for free in a baby cot* and sharing the parents’ bed.
• Kids above age 3 will be charged $40 per night for the extra bed and breakfast.

* Baby cot and extra beds are subject to availability, please contact our team as soon as you want to request an extra bed.

• Each extra adult is charged extra $40 (Breakfast included)
